1. Business Authenticity

Gemsgram is a registered jewelry manufacturing company in India that specializes in gemstone jewelry and 925 sterling silver.  To maintain authenticity and trust, all dealings with wholesale clients are subject to international trade regulations.  Every piece of jewelry is made with rigorous quality control and is accompanied by authenticity certificates.

2. Product Authenticity & Craftsmanship

Every product sold by Gemsgram is made using certified 92.5% Sterling Silver and natural or lab-tested gemstones. Due to the handcrafted nature of jewelry, may be slight variations in color, design, or texture; this is not a flaw but rather enhances the uniqueness of each piece.

3. Order Confirmation

All wholesale orders are confirmed via official email communication once payment verification is complete. Depending on stock availability, gemstone supply, and unique customization requests, Gemsgram retains the right to accept or reject orders. In the event of unavailability, clients will be informed right away.

4. Pricing Policy

All wholesale prices are quoted in USD and may vary depending on market silver rates and gemstone availability.Price quotes are only good for a certain amount of time. Any significant change in the price of precious metals could impact final order costs.

5. Minimum Order Value (MOV)

To maintain wholesale efficiency, Gemsgram follows a minimum order policy. Clients are required to meet a set minimum order value (MOV), which will be communicated during the inquiry process. This ensures smooth processing and competitive pricing for all international partners.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, photographs, logos, and written content are the intellectual property of Gemsgram. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of Gemsgram’s content, imagery, or product designs without written permission is strictly prohibited under international copyright law.

7. Custom Orders

Wholesale clients can place custom orders according to their brand’s needs. Customization includes gemstone selection, plating options, and packaging style. Once approved, such orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable as they are made exclusively for the client’s brand identity.

8. Product Warranty

All 925 Sterling Silver products are covered under a manufacturing warranty for a specific period. This warranty covers manufacturing defects but excludes damage due to mishandling, improper care, or environmental exposure. Detailed care instructions are provided to every buyer.

9. Payment Terms

Wholesale payments must be made through verified international channels such as SWIFT bank transfers, PayPal, or Stripe. Orders begin production only after 50% advance payment; the remaining balance must be cleared before dispatch. Late payments may delay shipping timelines.

10. Taxes, Duties & Certifications

Gemsgram operates under international trade laws and provides necessary export certificates such as the Certificate of Origin and Hallmark authenticity proof. Import duties, VAT, or customs taxes are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise mentioned under special agreements.

11. Contract Amendments

Gemsgram reserves the right to modify, update, or amend any clause in these Terms & Conditions. Any updates will be communicated to ongoing clients via email and reflected on the official website. Continued business engagement implies acceptance of these updates.

12. Risk of Loss

Once the goods are handed over to the carrier or shipping partner, the risk of loss passes to the buyer. Gemsgram ensures all parcels are securely packed and insured (if opted) to avoid any damage during transit. Clients are encouraged to request additional insurance for high-value shipments.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of wholesale orders, payments, or shipment will be resolved under internationally recognized arbitration systems. Gemsgram prefers resolving all matters amicably with open communication before legal steps are considered.

14. Force Majeure

Gemsgram will not be held responsible for delays or non-performance due to events beyond its control such as natural disasters, political instability, or transport strikes. In such cases, buyers will be informed immediately and alternate arrangements will be discussed.
