Every GemsGram piece is shipped directly from our design studio in Jaipur, known worldwide for its gemstone artistry. We deliver to over 15 countries, including the USA, UK, Australia, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Canada, UAE, and more, ensuring your jewelry reaches you safely and on time.

2. Processing Time Before Dispatch

Since each jewelry piece is handcrafted, we take 3–5 business days for quality checks and secure packaging before dispatch. For custom or made-to-order designs, processing may take slightly longer, but we always keep you updated on your order progress.

Delivery timelines vary based on destination — typically 7–10 business days for the USA and UK, and 10–14 business days for other international locations. Any delays due to customs or unforeseen conditions will be communicated proactively.

6. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs depend on your country and order value. For orders above a certain threshold (like USD $150 and above), GemsGram offers free express international shipping. The exact shipping fee, if applicable, is shown during checkout before you confirm payment.

7. Customs Duties & Taxes

All international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local charges upon delivery. These fees are determined by your country’s regulations and are the buyer’s responsibility. We always declare our packages transparently to ensure smooth customs clearance.

11. Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to incomplete address, non-payment of customs duties, or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you for re-shipment. Additional shipping costs may apply in such cases.

13. Lost or Damaged Shipments

In the rare event of a lost or damaged shipment, please notify us immediately at support@gemsgram.com within 48 hours of delivery attempt. Our team will coordinate with the courier service for investigation or replacement, ensuring you are never left without support.

14. No P.O. Box Deliveries

For security and signature verification reasons, we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or unverified addresses. Please provide a complete street address and a reachable phone number for successful delivery.
