1. Accepted Payment Methods
GemsGram accepts a wide range of international payment methods including PayPal, and major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and Amex,etc). This ensures a smooth payment process for clients across different countries and banking systems.
2. Currency and Conversion Handling
All transactions are processed in USD, ensuring clarity and uniformity for international buyers. Buyers from Europe, the UK, or Asia can use their local currency during payment, and conversions are automatically managed by their respective banks. Any exchange rate fluctuation or processing fee charged by the bank is beyond GemsGram’s control but is clearly reflected in the invoice.
3. Advance Payment Policy
To initiate production, GemsGram requires a 30% advance deposit upon order confirmation. This amount secures raw materials and production slots for timely delivery. The remaining 70% balance must be cleared before shipment dispatch. This approach ensures transparency, commitment, and efficient workflow between both parties.
4. Full Payment Upon Dispatch
Once the order is fully ready and quality checked, we share high-resolution product images, final weight confirmations, and a detailed invoice. The final balance payment is to be made before dispatch. This helps avoid shipment delays and maintains accountability throughout the supply chain, guaranteeing peace of mind for both sides.
5. Invoicing & Documentation
Each transaction includes a complete commercial invoice, packing list, and certificate of authenticity. For buyers importing into specific countries, additional documentation like certificate of origin, tax invoices, or assay certificates can be provided upon request. GemsGram follows international invoicing standards to facilitate smooth customs clearance.
6. Bulk Order Discounts & Payment Benefits
We offer exclusive payment-based discounts for large-volume or repeat buyers. Early full payments may also qualify for additional savings or shipping benefits. Our goal is to reward consistency and build long-term relationships with wholesalers who value timely collaboration and reliability.
7. Refunds to Original Source
All refunds are processed to the same payment source used during the transaction to maintain security and compliance. For bank transfers, refund processing may take 7–10 business days, depending on international banking networks. GemsGram provides confirmation slips and reference IDs for complete transparency.
8. Credit Terms for Established Partners
For long-term wholesale partners, GemsGram may offer credit terms (Net 15–30 days) after mutual agreement and satisfactory transaction history. This flexibility allows smoother inventory management for bulk distributors. Such arrangements are confirmed in writing to ensure complete clarity and mutual understanding.
9. Anti-Fraud & Verification Policy
Before accepting any large payment, GemsGram conducts a standard buyer verification process to prevent fraudulent transactions.
