2. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags, certificates, and accessories intact. Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted to ensure quality and hygiene standards.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned due to hygiene and customization reasons. These include engraved jewelry, custom-designed pieces, and earrings (for hygiene safety). However, if these items arrive damaged or defective, our team will gladly offer a replacement or refund.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To begin your return process, please email support@gemsgram.com
 with your order number, reason for return, and product photos (if applicable). Our customer care team will guide you through the next steps and share the correct return address and courier instructions.

5. Return Shipping Responsibility

For international customers, return shipping costs are typically borne by the buyer unless the return is due to a verified manufacturing defect or wrong item received. We recommend using a trackable courier service for secure return delivery to our Jaipur studio.

6. Quality Inspection Process

Once your returned item reaches us, our experts conduct a thorough inspection to ensure the jewelry is in its original condition. Only after successful quality verification will your refund or exchange be processed. This inspection helps maintain authenticity and product integrity.

7. Refund Timeline

After approval, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that international payment gateways or banks may take additional time to reflect the amount, depending on their processing cycles.

8. Exchange Policy

If you’d like a replacement for a different size, gemstone, or design, you may opt for an exchange instead of a refund. The new product will be dispatched once we receive and verify the returned item, and any price difference will be communicated clearly before proceeding.

9. Damaged or Defective Items

We take extreme care in packaging, but if you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. Once verified, we will offer a free replacement, store credit, or full refund depending on your preference.

10. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeline, kindly check with your bank or payment provider first. If the issue persists, please contact us at support@gemsgram.com, and our team will promptly assist you in resolving the matter.

11. Exchange for Custom Orders

Customized or made-to-order pieces are crafted exclusively for you, and thus cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged in transit or found defective. However, we do our best to ensure every custom order is approved and verified before shipping.

12. Return Packaging Guidelines

When returning a product, please pack it securely in its original jewelry box along with any certificates and order details. This helps prevent transit damage and ensures faster verification once the product reaches our facility.

13. Return Address Confirmation

Our team will provide the accurate return address in Jaipur, India, once your request is approved. Please avoid sending items back without authorization, as unregistered returns may get delayed or lost during transit.

14. Store Credit Option

Instead of a refund, you may choose store credit, which can be used for your next purchase within six months. This option is ideal for customers who plan to reorder or exchange for another jewelry piece from our latest collections.
